Every business gets the full 30-day trial with no card, plus a free onboarding consult with our team. You can help them set up, or leave it to us.

You earn when they pay
From their first payment, you earn 15% of what they pay for 24 months. Reach 10 paying clients and every new payment earns you 20%.

Commission is calculated on payments we receive, excluding VAT. Extra users and extra WorkMates count too.

See every business you referred, whether it is on trial or paying, what each one has earned you, and every payout. Inside the Workzuite account you already use.
Your link, code and QR code
Ready to share on WhatsApp, by email, on a business card or across the desk. Your link is remembered for 90 days, so clients can sign up when they are ready.
One login for all your clients
When a client adds you to their workspace, you switch between your clients from one Workzuite login. No separate passwords per client.

Every business you bring gets a free onboarding consult with our team, in person or on Google Meet, so you are not left doing all the setup.
The rules, plainly
No fine print surprises.
15%, then 20%. 20% applies to new payments while 10 or more of your clients are paying.
24 months per business, counted from that business's first payment.
Paid on money received, excluding VAT. Nothing is earned during a free trial.
30-day hold, then paid in the monthly run once you are owed USD 25.
Refunds come back off. If a payment is refunded, its commission is too.
First code wins. A business stays with the partner whose link or code it used.

Before you ask.
We are starting with 20 partners so we can support each one properly while the programme beds in. After that, anyone can apply.
No. Being a partner is free. You sign in with a Workzuite account to reach your Partner portal, and your own practice can use Workzuite on the normal plans if you want it to.
Tell us within 30 days of their sign-up and we will look at it. Our records decide, so the easiest fix is to share your link or have them type your code.
Yes. Your setup, training and advisory fees are yours to charge. Workzuite bills the subscription directly, and you earn your commission on top.
Your Partner portal shows the business names, whether they are paying and what you earned. You only see inside a client's workspace if the client adds you as a user.
Monthly, by EcoCash or bank transfer in Zimbabwe, or EFT in South Africa. You handle your own tax. Zimbabwe partners should keep a current ITF 263 with us.
